Founder & ProviderI believe exceptional healthcare begins with listening. Every patient has a unique story, path and destination. My goal is to optimize your health along the journey.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing and entered the workforce. It did not take long to realize my practice style did not fit the “traditional health” path. For more than five years, I've had the privilege of caring for patients of all ages, building lasting relationships while helping individuals and families achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My areas of expertise include primary care, functional medicine, acute and chronic disease management, hormone replacement therapy for both women and men, medical weightloss and performance optimization. Through education, support and compassion I have built lasting relationships in the Rockwall community. I believe in treating the whole person— not just symptoms. Alternative medicine, supplements and non traditional paths do not have to cause fear.
