No, EndoVitae operates on a self-pay (direct primary care) model rather than billing insurance directly. Our programs are built to cover the labs most commonly needed as part of your care, so that's already factored into your plan with us. If you do have insurance, you're welcome to use it for anything outside of what we provide— non-covered labs, imaging, or procedures outside of EndoVitae.

Yes— we're currently welcoming new patients across all of our services.

Yes. Many visits, especially follow-ups and medication management, can be handled virtually. Anything requiring an in-person exam is scheduled in office.

A photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications and supplements, and any recent lab work you may have.

Cancellations are recommended 24 hours in advance. However we understand life happens, if less than 24 hour notice please contact our office directly at 469-654-4748. Repeated cancellations will result in a cancellation fee.
